College Backpack Problems

!: College Backpack Problems

Backpacks have proven over the years that they are an excellent tool with style and flare for students to use to carry their books and other important items to school and home. That is one reason many people like the backpack. We enjoy the beauty behind the backpack because we can design it the way we like and we can make it into a very important part of our wardrobe. The backpack is one of the best vehicles there is to use in modern society today. Yet the backpack still poses problems for the person who uses it on a continuous basis.

You need to make sure that you are not carrying around any more than 15% of your body weight in your backpack. The person who over loads the backpack finds that they soon feel the impact with back aches, knee pain and shoulder strain. When a backpack is filled with books incorrectly placed on the shoulders the force can pull you backward which you need to compensate by bending forward. This forward pull puts a great strain on the hips and the on the arch of the back. The spine over time will compress in an unnatural manner causing the person who wears it to suffer back pain. The backpack leads to other problems that result in damage to the circulation and nerves. The problems that occur from carrying a backpack can all be avoided by wearing it properly with the right amount of weight.

With so many backpacks on the market, make sure that you do your research to see which one will be fit for your body. If you're planning on lugging a lot of weight around, you'd want to get a backpack that's a little stronger but if you only plan on carrying around something light, try a smaller backpack that's easier to move around.
